About Course
Students learn how to apply the principles of food identification, food utilization, and menu writing for the contemporary job market.
Also the students gets to learn how to practice the technical skills used in food preparation and service, become proficient in the proper use and maintenance of professional food service equipment and apply fundamental concepts, skills, and techniques of basic baking.
Requirements
Minimum KCSE grade of D(plain).
Admission Requirements on reporting day:
KCSE Certificate.
Copy of I.D or waiting card/ Birth Certificate.
2 passport size photos.
How to Apply
You can either visit the institution or download the application form here, fill it and submit it to our institution physically or send it to our email.
Fees Payment
Fees to be paid in full or in three installments of 50% + 30% + 20%.
Payment should be paid to the institute’s bank account and the original printed bank deposited slip sent to the institute for receipting or through paybill No.522522 followed by account No.1270957090
Any unpaid cheque by the bank for whatever reason will attract a non-negotiable penalty of Ksh4,500.

The invoice will serve as a reminder throughout the term on when the fees should be paid. Any formal fees payment plan should be made in the office within the first week of the term and not afterwards. Those paying in installments should pay before the 3rd day of the month.
Fees once paid is not refundable. Cash payment is not acceptable.
