KENIA COLLEGE is located at Kerugoya Town next to KCB Bank. The college enjoys a convenient location that can be easily accessed by public transport or any kind of Road Transportation. The college opened its doors in January 2020 to provide training in Business Studies, hairdressing beauty to the surrounding population and nearby estate. The principal is Mr.Asman Be-lali who is also an expert in the same fields. The college has continued to gain fast and wide acceptance within the surrounding community and its grown effort has introduced training in Catering, I.T, and computer packages. The college endeavor to keep itself abreast with the ever changing market needs and provide Languages courses that would address those specific needs.
It aims to offer courses at affordable rates while ensuring that high quality standards are maintained. The college has also employed qualifies personnel to offer training in all courses, that is; the Business studies, Languages, hairdressing and beauty, computer packages and training of trainees. The college was founded in a Christian and Muslims- based religion set up which has made and still proceeds to developed moral and religious value to the student. Since the genesis of our institution, the management has set aside a specific day for worship and praise of the creator (God). This has attracted the student’s enthusiasm of joining this institution and enrolls in large numbers. The institution has also developed autonomy of owning the most relevant and appropriate learning resources. This includes the qualified human resources and the material resource for teaching that is: furniture, books, computers, and other hairdressing and beauty materials. This has ensured effective learning in the institution since there is no time wastage in borrowing materials.
